This tiny cemetery, once enclosed by a wooden picket fence remnants of which still stand sentinel, dedicated the burial of several children, lies nearly hidden behind a group of beehives.
These may very well have been children of the prolific Brown family who once farmed this area and whose adults are buried in another cemetery just across the open field seen in the third photo.
They lay so still/faintly smiling/ at the fools around them/quietly toiling
